Under the direction of the Owner and Executive Management Team, the Hotel Manager is responsible to manage property operations on a day to day basis of a single property of a hotel in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
. The GM should ensure optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas (guest service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control. Coordinates, directs and manages the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company assuring 100% guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS*
F&B Experience will be a very key advantage
Minimum of ten years related hospitality management experience.
Africa experience will be an advantage but not essential
Must have worked in a four-star establishment
Computer Skills • Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software.

CONDITIONS OF WORK:
Duration: 1 year CCD; 6 months trial period.
No accommodation for family during trial period.
Salary: $ 3500 – $ 4000 per month
2 economy class return tickets home per annum. No tickets for family during trial period.
30 days paid leave per annum
Accommodation and housing for candidate without family for 1st 6months (trial period) and thereafter with family.
Vehicle with driver (on call / duty during office hours).
Telephone allowance $ 100 per month; sim card will be provided.
Medical insurance for candidate (and family upon confirmation): 80% reimbursement scheme.
Yearly bonus: as per local norms and performance.
