With offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town together with our professional association with Hotel Partners Africa, our network extends to a large database of professionals in the Executive/Senior and Middle Management areas locally and abroad.

Elevation Personnel is operated by Petra Devereux who has a BBA and MBA degree from London Thames Valley University, in addition Petra has extensive Management experience in various industries enabling her to suitably identify what type of skills are required to not only fill a job spec but to promptly identify the most suitable candidate for the job.

Petra’s professional background consists of 10 years in the Construction and Property development industry in a Project Management role, subsequent Manager of Tourism for the Chamber of Business and Tourism – Mpumalanga, South Africa

Thereafter on relocating back to Johannesburg Petra established Elevation Personnel to provide professional, personal and peace of mind recruitment services to a variety of industries and clients, management and senior level placements are her forte.
